📌 Hiring: Tech Support Engineer – Cyber Security
The Tech Support Engineer bridges technical expertise, business development, and project management. You will manage the lifecycle of RFP responses for cyber security services: analyzing requirements, designing solutions, coordinating vendors, and producing professional, compliant proposals to secure new business.
Key Responsibilities:
- RFP Management: Handle end-to-end RFP, RFI, and RFQ responses; analyze client requirements, criteria, and deadlines.
- Solution Design & Proposal Writing: Prepare clear, client-focused technical proposals; ensure accuracy and alignment with solution architecture.
- Vendor & Solution Analysis: Review supplier proposals and SOWs; ensure technical compliance and commercial soundness.
- Compliance & Document Management: Adhere to client formats; manage supporting documents, certifications, resumes, and case studies.
- Proposal Production & QA: Produce professional proposals with quality checks, proofreading, and technical reviews.
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field.
- 3+ years in cyber security presales, proposal writing, RFP response, or solution architecture.
- Strong understanding of cyber security concepts and services.
- Excellent communication and Microsoft Office/Adobe Acrobat skills.
