Title - UI/UX Designer
Type - Contract
Location - Remote
Key Responsibilities:
- User Research: Conduct user research to understand the needs, behaviors, and pain points of users interacting with Gen AI-powered products.
- Design Strategy: Develop personas, journey maps, and wireframes that align with user goals and business objectives.
- Prototyping: Create low and high-fidelity prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and developers to integrate user-centered designs into AI-driven solutions.
- Usability Testing: Plan and execute usability tests to refine designs based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Accessibility: Ensure designs are inclusive and adhere to accessibility standards such as WCAG.
- AI Workflow Design: Craft intuitive workflows and interfaces for AI-driven features, ensuring that outputs, inputs, and interactions are clear and valuable.
- Iteration: Continuously improve designs based on user feedback, emerging AI trends, and evolving business requirements.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed design guidelines, style guides, and documentation to ensure consistency across AI applications.
- Trend Analysis: Stay updated on UX trends, particularly in AI and machine learning, to incorporate innovative approaches into designs.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Experience in UX design experience, preferably in AI, SaaS, or tech-driven environments.
- Proven portfolio showcasing design projects, particularly for AI-powered products.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Familiarity with AI concepts, workflows, and their implications on user experience.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end frameworks is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Empathy for users and a passion for improving user interactions with AI systems.
