About DemandSense


DemandSense is a B2B SaaS platform that helps companies understand buyer intent, advertising performance, and product impact through data and AI-driven insights. We work with large volumes of product, marketing, and behavioral data and turn them into actionable intelligence for go-to-market teams.


Role Overview


We are looking for a Data Analyst to own and evolve our data pipelines, analytics layer, and dashboards.

This role sits at the intersection of data engineering, analytics, and AI enablement, ensuring high-quality data flows and models that power both customer-facing insights and internal decision-making.


Key Responsibilities


  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports in Apache Superset
  • Design, build, and maintain reliable data pipelines, e.g, using Python (Airflow), n8n
  • Maintain and optimize ClickHouse as an analytical data warehouse (tables, partitions, TTLs, indexes)
  • Integrate data from multiple sources (product, marketing, billing, external APIs)
  • Prepare clean, well-structured datasets for AI tools
  • Partner with engineering and product on data-related initiatives
  • Document data models, pipelines, and definitions to ensure transparency and reuse

High Level Measurements of Success:


  • Analytical datasets structured for easy consumption by AI models and/or BI tools; models are reusable
  • Proactively identifies and implements pipeline improvements or new metrics
  • Dashboards are developed on time and provide insights that lead to actionable decisions
  • All data sources, metrics, and workflows are clearly documented


Tech Stack


  • Databases: PostgreSQL, ClickHouse
  • ETL & Orchestration: Python, Airflow
  • No-code / Automation: n8n
  • BI & Visualization: Apache Superset


Required Qualifications


  • Strong proficiency in SQL (complex queries, views, joins, aggregations)
  • Hands-on experience with at least one BI or visualization tool
  • Solid understanding of database schemas and data modeling
  • 2+ years of data management and ETL experience


Nice to Have


  • Experience with product analytics (funnels, cohorts, retention, usage metrics)
  • Familiarity with ClickHouse or other analytical databases
  • English Intermediate+
