🚀 We’re hiring a Senior Project Manager (FinTech | Remote)

Now, we’re looking for a Senior Project Manager with a strong business analysis background and hands-on experience working with engineering and UI/UX teams to lead one of our key strategic projects.

🔑 What you’ll do

📌 Drive projects end-to-end

• Define scope, goals, deliverables, roadmaps, and milestones
• Ensure alignment between business objectives, user needs, and technical feasibility
• Apply Agile methodologies to ensure smooth execution

📊 Business Analysis & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional & technical specs
• Conduct market and competitor analysis
• Work closely with Product Owners on backlog and prioritization

🎨 UI/UX Collaboration

• Align design, development, and business teams
• Ensure usability, consistency, and strong user experience
• Review wireframes, prototypes, and design systems

🚦 Delivery & Risk Management

• Manage timelines, scope, risks, budget, and quality
• Identify bottlenecks and proactively remove blockers
• Track progress using Jira, Confluence, Asana

🤝 Leadership & Communication

• Lead cross-functional teams
• Communicate with senior stakeholders (Head of PMO, COO, CEO)
• Foster transparency, ownership, and continuous improvement

✅ What we’re looking for

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager in product/tech companies
• Strong business analysis expertise
• Experience working closely with UI/UX and engineering teams
• Solid understanding of SDLC & Agile frameworks
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent English (written & spoken)
