We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to align Web/Growth, Content, and Communications (PR & SMM) teams into scalable, revenue-driven growth channels and strengthen Hacken’s positioning as a trusted leader in blockchain security, compliance, and risk intelligence.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the development and execution of Hacken’s growth and demand generation strategy across blockchain security & compliance services and risk intelligence product to drive pipeline and revenue.
• Apply strong product marketing discipline: conduct market, ICP, and competitor research to sharpen positioning for CEXs, DeFi, custodians, and institutional clients before launching campaigns.
• Work closely with Product, Offsec, and Compliance teams to turn complex offerings into clear value propositions and GTM narratives.
• Continuously engage with users, prospects, and sales to validate needs, refine messaging, and identify growth opportunities.
• Rethink, improve and scale alternative growth channels: ABM, partnerships, content/SEO, events, ecosystem alliances etc.
• Own the full funnel across segments and regions: acquisition → MQL → SQL → pipeline, with clear goals and attribution
• Run a structured experimentation and hypothesis framework to improve conversion, retention, and expansion.
• Set, track, and optimize against revenue-focused KPIs: marketing-sourced pipeline (45%+), MQL→SQL conversion, CAC, CPA, LTV, churn, retention, ROI.
• Manage the growth budget with a strong ROI mindset and quarterly forecasting.
• Own backlog and coordinate internally and externally for efficient execution.
• Leverage AI-driven tools to automate, test, and scale growth activities.

It’s a Match If You Have:

• 5+ years in B2B growth / demand generation / performance marketing (cybersecurity, fintech, Web3).
• Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue.
• Strong expertise in SEO, content, paid acquisition, ABM, email, CRO, analytics.
• Hands-on with tools like GA4, Ahrefs, Hotjar, Looker, PowerBi and modern AI tools.
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort with metrics: CAC, LTV, ROI, churn, retention.
• Ability to turn complex technical products into clear, compelling messaging.
• High ownership, autonomy, and execution mindset.
• Great communication skills.
• English C1+.

• Experience in blockchain, cybersecurity, or compliance markets.
• Enterprise / institutional ABM experience.
• Experience scaling growth in competitive, well-funded markets.
• UX/CRO and experimentation background.
