- Establish clear project objectives, execution strategies, and milestone plans

- Drive project execution with utmost priority on Safety, Quality, and Timely Completion
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards, conduct risk assessments, and enforce Zero Harm protocols
- Execute projects as per baseline schedule, ensuring milestone achievement and delay-free execution
- Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, planning, construction, and commissioning teams
- Resolve inter-disciplinary technical and execution issues; ensure engineering deliverables are released on time
- Oversee procurement cycles, vendor engineering, inspections, expediting, and delivery compliance
- Review and guide engineering and erection for:
- Steelmaking: BOF, EAF, LF, CCM
- Ironmaking: Blast Furnaces, Stoves, DRI systems
- Non-Ferrous: smelting, roasting, refining & electrolytic systems
- Material handling systems and heavy mechanical equipment
- Ensure equipment erection, alignment, pre-commissioning, and commissioning are flawlessly executed
- Monitor project performance through MIS dashboards, progress reports, cost sheets, and productivity metrics.
- Control project cost, mitigate risks, manage claims and variations, and ensure budget adherence.
- Drive overall project profitability through strong commercial acumen, resource optimization, and disciplined cost management.
- Ensure billing, invoicing, and cash-flow targets are achieved
- Build and maintain strong relationships with:
- Clients and customers
- Technology licensors and global OEMs
- Consultants, PMCs, third party agencies
- Facilitate smooth coordination, timely approvals, and aligned execution across all partners.
- Representing the company in high level client and partner meetings, reviews, and negotiations
