Ideal Candidate Profile

Essential Requirements

- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or closely related discipline) – degree is essential

- Significant commercial experience as a Senior Back-End .NET Developer

- Strong academic background with demonstrable technical excellence

- Proven ability to solve complex problems under time constraints

Technical Expertise

- Expert-level proficiency in C# and .NET

- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure

- Advanced SQL / SQL Server knowledge

- Experience building and maintaining complex, data-driven systems

- Deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and system performance

Desirable Experience

- Background in FinTech or other highly structured, data-intensive environments

- Experience scaling applications for large or growing user bases
