What they need:

• 4+ years building production-level mobile apps in React Native
• Deep familiarity with Expo and modern React Native tooling
• Experience building apps with offline functionality (critical - this will be used in underground or poor signal areas)
• Strong understanding of mobile performance, security, and scalability
• Comfortable working across the stack when needed (RESTful APIs, PostgreSQL, basic AWS)
• Someone who can mentor and eventually lead as the team grows
