Job Summary
Requirements:
• Hands-on experience on Cisco routers, switches, wireless, and network operating systems
including network appliances like FTD, ISE, DNAC, and SD-WAN.
•Complete understanding of TCP/IP, the OSI model, and network protocols like SNMP,
NetFlow, Syslog, DHCP, DNS, FTP, etc.
•Must understand when to escalate urgent issues to the team.
•Require a solid understanding of networking and troubleshooting.
•Must be able to work occasionally after hours or weekends as required.
•Work as part of a team as well as independently.
•Available to be on-call for support.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Qualifications:
•Proven ability to perform responsibilities in English.
•Strong communication skills – verbal and written.
•Minimum 7 years of Network Administration experience.
•Ability to resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion.
•Strong experience in performing a variety of activities related to the analysis,
installation, and troubleshooting of networking and applications.
