Purpose of the Role

Lead the end-to-end UX and visual design of our treasury management platform. You will modernize the interface, build a scalable design system, and make complex financial workflows simple, intuitive, and visually engaging.

Key Responsibilities

Define the UX/UI vision and experience strategy for a large enterprise platform.

Build and maintain a reusable design system (components, tokens, styles, motion).

Redesign information architecture, navigation, and workflows to reduce complexity.

Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI in Figma.

Work closely with Product and Engineering (Angular front-end teams) to deliver features.

Conduct user research and usability testing to validate designs.

Create prototypes and assets to support sales demos and GTM storytelling.

Drive design quality and maturity across teams through collaboration and governance.

Experience & Skills

6+ years’ experience in UX/UI.

Strong background designing complex, data-heavy applications.

Proven experience creating and scaling design systems.

Expertise in IA, interaction design, and usability.

Strong visual and motion design sensibility.

Advanced Figma skills (components, variants, tokens, prototyping).

Experience collaborating with large engineering teams.

Comfortable using research and analytics to inform design decisions.

Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

Qualifications

Degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent experience.
