Job Summary
The Agile Scrum Master will play a pivotal role in leading and facilitating Agile teams within a SAFe Scaled Agile Framework environment This individual will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of Agile principles supporting multiple teams and guiding them towards high performance The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills with a proven track record in large scale Data Migration projects

Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies Daily Stand ups Sprint Planning Reviews Retrospectives and ensure adherence to Scrum and SAFe practices
- Support multiple teams in a SAFe environment guiding them to deliver high quality solutions on time
- Identify and remove impediments to team progress fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Collaborate with Product Owners stakeholders and cross functional teams to align on project goals and deliverables
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile and SAFe methodologies encouraging best practices and knowledge sharing
- Drive the successful execution of large Data Migration projects ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders promoting transparency and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Strong knowledge and hands on experience in SAFe Scaled Agile Framework
- Professional certification in SAFe eg SAFe Scrum Master SAFe Agilist
- Experience managing multiple Agile teams
