Role Overview

We are seeking a Semi-Senior Data Analyst with strong technical skills in Power BI, attention to detail, and the willingness to continue developing toward future project ownership. The ideal candidate is technically solid, business-oriented, and able to produce clean, consistent dashboards while learning project management best practices. This role is ideally remote based in Buenos Aires but other locations within Argentina are possible. This position will be employed via a 3rd party payroll and will be Senior Associate level equivalent within Ankura’s structure.

Responsibilities

  • Build Power BI dashboards following established quality and design standards.
  • Prepare datasets, develop DAX measures, and ensure KPI consistency.
  • Translate business needs into meaningful analytical visualizations.
  • Maintain clean and well-structured documentation (definitions, logic, calculations).
  • Support estimation efforts and gradually take ownership of small initiatives or portions of projects.
  • Collaborate effectively, receive feedback, and continuously improve

Qualifications

  • 2–4+ years of experience in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence.
  • Solid hands-on experience with Power BI; Tableau is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and structured workflows.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn more about business context and delivery processes.
  • Must be fluent in English
