HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (m/f/d)

On Your Journey, You Can Expect
- Processing ongoing payroll and salary accounting in compliance with labor law, tax, and social security regulations
- Joint responsibility with the HR department for the entire employee life cycle
- Supporting the HR department in preparing employment contracts, contract amendments, references, and other HR-related documents
- Acting as a point of contact for management, executives, and employees in matters relating to labor law, social security, and payroll tax
- Participation in HR projects and the development of HR processes
- Written correspondence with employees, authorities, and other institutions
- Completed commercial education
- Knowledge of human resources, particularly payroll and salary accounting
- Successfully completed payroll accounting certification is an advantage
- A structured, reliable, and independent working style
- Team spirit and a strong service-oriented mindset
- Experience in the HR field is an advantage
- Confident handling of MS Office applications
- A permanent position in a year-round operation
- Regulated working hours within a 5-day workweek (40 hours)
