Job posting – C# Developer – Digital Innovation Accelerator
Context and mission objective
The company is boosting its digital transformation and has set up an initiative called the Accelerator to tackle new digital challenges. Within this environment, innovative approaches such as design thinking, fusion teams and agile methodologies are adopted. By gathering people from different backgrounds, each team analyses a business challenge and develops a minimum viable product (MVP) to assess the business value. Successful MVPs are then scaled up into full-fledged products for the company.
For the Accelerator, the company is seeking a motivated C# developer who will contribute to designing and developing forward-thinking software solutions that help modernize and transform the business. The developer will work on highly varied innovation projects, often involving emerging technologies such as AI, and will collaborate closely with product owners, architects and domain experts to turn ideas into scalable applications.
Key responsibilities
• End-to-End Software Development:
- Design, build and maintain high-quality C#/.NET applications that support innovation projects.
- Develop new features and improve existing components.
- Ensure performance, reliability and scalability across solutions.
• AI-Driven Solution Engineering:
- Work with emerging AI technologies such as large language models (LLMs), computer vision and intelligent automation.
- Create smart, data-driven prototypes and applications, including AI agents and generative AI solutions.
- Develop solutions across diverse environments (cloud and on-premises) using appropriate programming languages such as Python and C#.
- Help integrate AI capabilities into existing workflows and explore how new technologies can add business value.
• Architecture & Technical Design:
- Contribute to solution architecture discussions and evaluate technology choices.
- Help define modern patterns and best practices.
- Ensure that prototypes are technically sound and can evolve into scalable, maintainable solutions when needed.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with product owners, business experts, data specialists, business analysts and other developers.
- Convert business challenges into digital concepts and solutions.
- Participate in workshops, co-creation sessions and technical reviews to ensure shared understanding and alignment among stakeholders.
Skills & expertise (profile sought)
• Strong proficiency in .NET C#.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices and integration patterns.
• Knowledge of Azure and containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns and clean code practices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git and DevOps workflows.
• Familiarity with AI technologies such as LLMs, embeddings and vector databases is a plus.
• Experience with the Blazor frontend framework is a plus.
