The infrastructure you will co-manage consists of:

• Network (firewall, switch, …)
• Security components (web application firewall, anti-DDoS, webproxy, …)
• Database (SQL Server)
• Storage
• Servers (Windows and Linux)
• Cloud infrastructure (Azure)
• Workstations (Windows)
• Mobile devices (Apple iOS devices)

As a member of a small System Infrastructure team you are co-responsible for:

• Help with design and set up new infrastructure or applications in a secure way
• Collaborating with the FSMA applicative IT team, FSMA business users and external service provider to implement the correct infrastructure for the business requirements and non-functional requirements like high availability and security
• The day-to-day management of applicative issues together with other teams at FSMA or service provider in the most secure way
• Troubleshooting and technical support in collaboration with colleagues and service provider
• The handling and follow-up of security incidents
• The documentation of information for IT people and end users
• Providing the link with the first level and third level teams

Next to this team you will be mainly working close together with the external service provider, the FSMA service desk, PC desk and the larger IT team that manages BI and application development of FSMA business.

Specific skills

• An IT background (and/or education) is mandatory

• Other professional experiences in a similar IT function (server, storage, and network administration) is a plus
