I’m recruiting for a delivery-focused AI consultancy where engineers are trusted to build, deploy, and own real solutions. Instead of long research cycles or internal demos, you’ll work on projects that ship, solve business problems, and give you clear visibility with clients and decision-makers.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Turning business problems into AI solutions
• You’ll translate open-ended challenges into clear AI use cases, building both technical depth and commercial understanding.
• Building and deploying models
• You’ll design, train, and deploy models across NLP, computer vision, or optimisation, so your work moves beyond proof-of-concept into production.
• Creating AI assistants and automation
• You’ll develop chat-, voice-, and multimodal assistants and automation flows that reduce manual work and improve decision-making for end users.
• Owning client outcomes
• You’ll present results directly to stakeholders, gaining visibility, influence, and stronger communication skills alongside your technical expertise.
• Sharing knowledge and shaping standards
• You’ll contribute to demos, workshops, and internal sessions, helping shape how AI is delivered while building your professional profile.

What I’m Looking For

• 3+ years’ experience in data science, machine learning, or applied AI
• Strong Python skills with experience in modern ML frameworks
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Comfortable working in a client-facing, consultative environment
• Clear communicator with a strong sense of ownership
• Master’s degree in a relevant technical field
• Fluent Dutch (spoken and written)
