We are looking for a proactive and experienced Project Manager to oversee operational activities for complex offshore projects in the Oil & Gas and Renewable Energy sectors. In this role, you will be responsible for leading multidisciplinary teams, coordinating resources, and ensuring that all projects are executed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations across offshore projects, including installation, maintenance, and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate workflows and resources to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
• Lead, coach, and develop offshore and onshore teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations specific to offshore operations.
• Identify process improvements and implement best practices to increase efficiency, safety, and quality.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineering teams, and senior management to meet strategic objectives.
• Monitor performance metrics and report on project progress and challenges.

Your Profile:

• Proven experience in a leadership role within offshore Oil & Gas or Renewable Energy projects.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in challenging environments.
• Excellent people management and communication skills.
• Hands-on approach with a focus on results, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of HSE standards and offshore operational requirements.
• Technical or engineering background preferred.
