Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the IT Manager plays a key role in supporting business performance, operational continuity, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement the Group IT strategy in line with business objectives,
- Ensure continuity, performance, and security of IT and telecom services,
- Identify IT and cybersecurity vulnerabilities and implement strategic solutions to strengthen data protection,
- Oversee IT infrastructure, server systems, and core business applications (ERP, collaboration tools),
- Lead IT projects and system implementations, from needs analysis to deployment,
- Establish and maintain IT governance, policies, and change management processes,
- Coordinate and supervise external IT service providers and vendors,
- Manage the IT budget and ensure cost-effective IT solutions,
- Ensure compliance with GxP and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements
- Proven experience in an IT Manager or senior IT role, ideally in a pharmaceutical or regulated environment,
- Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, governance, cybersecurity, and data protection,
- Experience managing outsourced IT services and cross-functional projects,
- Broad understanding of information systems and their evolution,
- Strong anticipation skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset,
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with both technical and business stakeholders,
- Languages: Fluent English required; French mandatory
