As a Payment Project Manager, You Will
- Be the orchestrator of client projects, from onboarding to go-live
- Analyze client needs, identify gaps, and turn them into opportunities
- Drive project rituals, timelines, and delivery with precision
- Act as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with clients
- Lead strategic internal projects, impacting multiple teams across the group
- Always keep an eye on continuous improvement & innovation
đź’ˇ What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in payment project management (finance, fintech, consulting…)
- Strong expertise in cards and/or e-commerce payments
- Solid background in Agile project/program management
- Natural ability to understand client needs & turn them into solutions
- Experience working with cross-functional, international teams
- Fluent in English (Spanish or Italian or French = big plus)
- And above all: curiosity, autonomy, and the drive to make an impact
