BI Dashboarder / Data Analyst – Power BI | CRM Analytics (Salesforce)
Job Type : Contract ( 3 months (renewable))
Location: Libourne (on-site 3 days/week)
Languages: French & English
Role Overview
Business-facing BI consultant responsible for designing, delivering, and maintaining high-impact dashboards. Power BI is the primary BI tool, with contributions to CRM Analytics (Tableau within Salesforce) as needed. Strong focus on KPI definition, data storytelling, and user adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver Power BI dashboards (primary technology)
- Contribute to CRM Analytics (Salesforce/Tableau) dashboards
- Define KPIs with business stakeholders and Data Product Owners
- Ensure dashboard usability, performance, and adoption
- Maintain and enhance existing dashboards
- Support users in data interpretation and insights
- Collaborate with Data Product and Data Engineering teams
Required Skills & Experience
- Senior-level expertise in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, performance)
- Advanced SQL
- Experience with CRM Analytics / Salesforce (strong advantage)
- Proven track record delivering business dashboards
- Strong communication with non-technical stakeholders
- Autonomous senior profile required (no junior profiles)
