Tasks:

• Independent definition and binding clarification of roles, tasks, competencies, and responsibilities of project members in a matrix organization (line/projects/products)
• Independent initialization and implementation of agile practices and principles, taking agile values into account, as well as supporting teams in learning and applying them
• Management of Scrum events, including planning, sprints, dailies, sprint reviews, and final retrospectives
• Project-related responsibility for the topic of agility, principles, ceremonies, and roles
• Training in methods and content (agile, Scrum, etc.) via various learning channels in workshops, lectures, or on-the-job training
• Ensuring and managing the agile approach in the project teams, helping to develop an agile mindset in the company
• Supporting the product owner team in creating and prioritizing the project/product line plan, stage plans, and backlog management
• Responsible contact person for all questions regarding project status and obstacles
• Responsibility for monitoring and controlling sprint progress and defining measures in case of deviations
• Responsibility for optimal project transparency and communication with project planners and all stakeholders involved

Requirements:

• Degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science, business administration, or comparable qualification
• Good knowledge of product development and the project management process
• Confident use of MS Office and SAP
• Business fluent English (spoken and written)
• Experience in hybrid/agile project management, agile coaching, Scrum
• Master, or product owner
• High IT affinity and in-depth knowledge of product development
• Knowledge of scaling frameworks such as SAFe, Nexus, or Less
• Several years of experience in the practical application of agile approaches (SCRUM, KANBAN)
• Certification as a Scrum Master
• Willingness to travel worldwide
• Strong service orientation and high persuasiveness
• Strong moderation and presentation skills as well as good negotiation and communication skills
• High social competence, strong communication skills, and willingness to take on responsibility
