Responsibilities
- Design, build, and scale fullstack applications using React and Node.js
- Collaborate closely with product and design to turn ideas into production-ready features
- Own the full application lifecycle, including migrations and system evolution
- Lead the transition from legacy monoliths to modern SPA architectures
- Improve performance, reliability, and scalability across the stack
- Establish and maintain shared components, tooling, and engineering standards
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Participate in architectural discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making
- Contribute across all stages of the product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery
- 5–6+ years of experience as a Senior / Lead / Principal Fullstack Engineer
- MSc in Computer Science or a closely related technical field
- Strong experience building SPAs with React
- Solid backend experience with Node.js (Python or Go is a plus)
- Experience owning full application lifecycles, including monolith decoupling and migrations
- Strong understanding of CI/CD and modern deployment workflows
- Experience with Solana and Solidity
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Experience with Rails or legacy monolithic architectures
- Exposure to Crypto, Blockchain, or AI-driven products
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure
