Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join our dynamic advertising agency.
Responsibilities
Your to-do list:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage the execution of advertising and marketing projects across multiple platforms (digital, print, social, etc.)
- Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams and clients
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets
- Monitor progress and performance of all assigned projects, identifying risks and resolving issues proactively
- Facilitate regular status meetings and ensure timely communication of project updates
- Maintain accurate project documentation, timelines, and reports
- Coordinate with vendors, freelancers, and third-party partners when needed
- Champion best practices in project management and drive continuous improvement
Essentials Skills and experience:
- 6+ years experience in Project management within Creative or marketing companies
- Ability to coordinate actions across a large multidisciplinary team, across multiple offices
- Experience with Project management and Financials tools (Monday/PowerBI)
- you are natural problem solver who doesn’t just spot a problem, but helps providing a smart solution
- you are a team player, always ready to step in and support
- You are truly passionate about making great work, but feels the responsibilities to help making the journey/process as enjoyable and worthy.
