You’ll Be Working On

You’ll participate in our transition from a startup-style setup to a scalable, resilient infrastructure designing cloud networks, refining developer tooling, and automating key systems. You’ll be helping to lay the technical foundation for a mature, high-performance environment with direct impact on a highly profitable business. Your work will ensure everything runs smoothly, securely, and efficiently behind the scenes.

What You Will Do

• Design and maintain infrastructure supporting Gravity’s trading systems.
• Participate in our transition from startup-grade setups to more mature, scalable solutions.
• Build and operate services with a focus on availability, performance, and security.
• Set up and maintain development infrastructure (CI/CD, artifact repositories, etc.).
• Manage cloud-based and hybrid environments.
• Implement scalable monitoring and alerting systems.
• Collaborate directly with developers for better result achievement
  
  

What We Expect

Must-Have Experience

• 3+ years in a similar DevOps / Sysadmin / SRE role.
• Strong theoretical and practical AWS knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and Ansible.
• Python development skills.
• Ability to read and understand C, C++, Rust, and Go code.
• Track record designing, deploying, and maintaining High Availability (HA) systems.
• Experience running production workloads.
• Security-first mindset.
• Clean record.
  
  

Nice-to-Have

• Networking expertise (VPNs, routing, BGP).
• Experience managing medium-scale RDBMS.
• Experience with SSO provider/client deployment & configuration (OIDC/SAML/LDAP).
• Understanding of crypto markets, exchanges, and trading systems.
• Willingness to support critical infrastructure outside 9-5.
