About Us

Chili Labs is a fast-growing, top mobile app development company in the Baltics! Over the past 9 years, we have imagined, designed, developed, and launched more than 80 different mobile products. Our team of 50+ developers, UX/UI designers, QA engineers, and project managers delivers top-quality products to our clients.

We are looking for a Junior Key Account Manager – a proactive and detail-oriented person who enjoys research, communication, and working with data. Your main mission will be to identify and engage potential clients, build relationships, and support our sales team in driving business growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Research existing and potential client accounts, their industries, business models, and growth opportunities.
  • Proactively reach out to current clients and leads via email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels to stay in touch, share updates, and identify new needs (minimal phone calls).
  • Build and strengthen long-term relationships with clients by maintaining regular communication, earning their trust, and supporting them throughout the cooperation lifecycle.
  • Manage relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align outreach strategies, optimize messaging, and improve conversion rates.
  • Assist in creating offers, presentations, and sales documents.
  • Track interactions with leads, update their status, and generate reports in our CRM tools (Jira, Pipedrive).
  • Meet monthly lead generation goals and assist in closing deals.


Requirements

  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in LV, EN, RU to communicate with clients.
  • Ability to structure and analyze data, spot trends, and identify opportunities.
  • Self-motivated and proactive – you take initiative, experiment, and iterate.
  • Interest in technology, startups, and mobile app development.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes (or willingness to learn).
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team.
