As a representative, you will assist clients in addressing their cybersecurity inquiries effectively in Polish.

- Manage customer inquiries regarding cybersecurity products and services via phone, email, and chat in Polish
- Provide detailed information regarding product features, pricing, and implementation processes
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to cybersecurity solutions
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective service tracking
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure customer needs and concerns are addressed promptly
- Stay informed about the latest developments in cybersecurity to offer relevant support and guidance
- Promote customer satisfaction through exceptional service and proactive communication
- Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity sector
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the capacity to manage inquiries efficiently
- Aptitude for working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Familiarity with CRM software and technical troubleshooting practices
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required
