As a representative, you will assist clients in addressing their cybersecurity inquiries effectively in Polish.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding cybersecurity products and services via phone, email, and chat in Polish
• Provide detailed information regarding product features, pricing, and implementation processes
• Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to cybersecurity solutions
• Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective service tracking
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure customer needs and concerns are addressed promptly
• Stay informed about the latest developments in cybersecurity to offer relevant support and guidance
• Promote customer satisfaction through exceptional service and proactive communication
  
  

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity sector
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the capacity to manage inquiries efficiently
• Aptitude for working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction
