At Softeta, we are looking for a Python Engineer to become a member of our small, agile development team, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of our US-based client.The team will be responsible for a greenfield project to build a new payment processing platform from the ground up, moving away from existing systems to create a modern, scalable, and efficient solution.

- Design, develop, and sustain a reliable payment solution built on Python
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Python
- Proficiency with web frameworks such as Django or Flask
- Familiarity with database systems, especially PostgreSQL, is preferred
- Familiarity with any modern JavaScript framework and Typescript.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Diverse and technically challenging projects

- For employees: 3500 EUR to 5000 EUR monthly (gross)
