Android Developer

Job description:

• Develop and enhance terminal software, focusing on improving the user experience, extending and optimizing SDKs, and evolving our cloud network protocols.
• Contribute to payment card standard compliance, researching and implementing solutions to ensure our software meets industry requirements.
• Collaborate with the product engineering team to refine user stories, ensuring technical feasibility and clear requirements.
• Provide expertise and training to third-level support team on our SDKs and APIs, acting as a technical advisor.
• Handle and solve troubleshooting and technical issues.
• You participate in code reviews of colleagues.

Requirements:

• Strong English language.
• You are highly committed and result-oriented.
• Knowledge in writing secure and well-structured code (Kotlin, Java) for Android.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals, including the principles of symmetric and asymmetric ciphers and the applications of cryptographic hash functions.
• Experience with essential network protocols including TCP, HTTP, and TLS.
• Experience with the Android Open Source Project is a plus.
• Focus and professionalism to write readable, documented and unit-tested code.
• A user focused mindset and an intrinsic motivation to learn new things.
• Ability to deliver to tight deadlines.
• Ability to analyse issues and contribute with ideas and solutions in a fast growing, global company.

Monthly Salary:

3300 – 6000 eur gross, depending on experience, seniority, and technical expertise.
