What awaits you?
You’ll become the person who ensures that all taxes, invoices, and reports are not only accurate but also seamlessly integrated into our systems. You’ll work closely with IT, Finance, and other departments, overseeing processes from A to Z—from invoice generation to debt management. Your role will be crucial in ensuring our marketplace operates flawlessly.
Your responsibilities:
● Coordinate processes across internal teams, acting as the key link that ensures clarity of information and workflows.
● Oversee tax-related logic (monthly fees, logistics, commissions, order-related charges) and ensure they are properly reflected in invoices and reports.
● Contribute to process automation and support the development of new projects.
● Manage compensation, payouts, VAT processes, and oversee the debt management workflow.
● Collaborate with the IT team, initiate improvements, and contribute to the development of new functionalities.
What we expect from you:
● At least 2 years of experience in product management, financial operations, or process management.
● Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze information with high accuracy.
● Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate processes across departments.
● Excellent Lithuanian and English language skills (Russian is a strong advantage).
● Most importantly – willingness to work 5 days a week on-site together with the team.

Salary:
€2100–€3000 gross per month.
