They are a tech-led organisation operating in a regulated domain, focused on improving complex customer journeys through smart, scalable software. AI is a core part of their product strategy, and they are actively building and expanding AI-driven functionality used in production today.

The Role

You will join a multidisciplinary tech team where you will build AI features directly into the product, not as experiments, but as core functionality. Working across the full stack, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable applications, with a strong emphasis on front-end quality, performance, and user experience.

You will collaborate closely with AI specialists and domain experts to translate complex requirements into reliable, compliant, production-ready AI features. This includes working with LLM-powered solutions, improving existing AI capabilities, and continuously optimising quality and performance.

Your Skills & Experience

Must-haves

• Strong experience as a Fullstack TypeScript Engineer, with a front-end focus
• Solid knowledge of modern front-end frameworks and web performance best practices
• Experience building and maintaining production-grade applications
• Professional fluency in Dutch, as this is a Dutch-speaking working environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset

Desirable

• Experience working with AI-powered products or LLM-based systems
• Exposure to prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, or AI workflows
• Interest in working closely with non-technical stakeholders
