Van Caem Klerks Group is seeking an energetic and knowledgeable Servicedesk professional who can provide excellent technical support to end-users while also managing and supporting cloud infrastructure, particularly within the Azure environment. The ideal candidate excels at troubleshooting, communicating clearly with users, and effectively collaborating with internal teams.


Key Requirements


  • Helpdesk Support
  • Serve as first point of contact while providing on-site and remote support to end-users.
  • Diagnose and resolve IT-related issues.
  • Hands-on jobs such as hardware/software installations, setting up Teams etc.
  • Manage and track support requests through ticketing tools, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
  • Ability to identify and assign issues to the appropriate technical teams.
  • Device Management (Microsoft Intune)
  • Leverage Intune for centralized device management, ensuring compliance and security across all endpoints.
  • Troubleshoot Intune-related issues and recommend enhancements to streamline endpoint management.
  • Technical Documentation & Asset Management
  • Manage assets throughout their lifecycle, ensuring accurate tracking of device allocations and licenses.
  • Maintain and update internal documentation, including Knowledge Base, standard operating procedures and inventory records.
  • Develop and deliver end-user training and support materials related to hardware/software usage, security, and best practices.
  • System Monitoring & Maintenance
  • Manage users’ accounts, permissions and licenses across various platforms (AD, Entra ID, Office 365, 3rd party portals).
  • Conduct regular system checks and software updates for endpoints.
  • Account On/Off-Boardings
  • Efficiently handle user on-boarding processes, including account creation, permission assignment, and device/software provisioning.
  • Manage off-boarding procedures to ensure the secure revocation of access, proper handling of data, and device reassignment.
  • Maintain accurate records of user status changes and keep relevant teams informed.
  • Proven experience in a helpdesk or technical support role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, iOS, Office 365, Teams.
  • Basic understanding of networking protocols.
  • Fluent in Dutch & English


Nice-to-haves


  • Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop.
  • Experience in SharePoint.
  • Assist in provisioning and maintaining Azure resources (virtual machines, storage accounts etc.)
  • Create, deploy, and monitor device configurations and application policies in Intune.
  • Work closely with cross-functional IT teams to streamline support processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement best practices for resource allocation, security, and cost management in Azure.
  • Stay up to date with evolving Azure services, tools, and functionalities to improve infrastructure efficiency and security.

Recruitment Process


  • Get to know each other: you will have a 30-minute introduction talk in person. This will lead to get to know each other and learning more about Van Caem Klerks Group and the ServiceDesk’s role within the company.
  • Technical assessment: during technical assessment, around 1 hour, you will discuss the technical side of the team's work. You also may be given a challenge, which can focus more on applying your skills than theoretical knowledge.
  • Final call.
