You will work closely with a dedicated engineering team within GenAI for Engineering and partner with platform and product teams to bring agent-powered capabilities into the daily workflows of thousands of engineers.
This role requires a strategic, technically fluent product manager who can translate engineering problems into scalable AI platform capabilities and impactful SDLC automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities

- Align platform and agent development with engineering workflows and modernization priorities.
- Enable Engineering Teams with AI-Powered Capabilities
- Partner with a dedicated engineering team to deliver AI-powered capabilities that enhance coding, testing, refactoring, and migration workflows.
- Ensure seamless integration into IDEs, CI/CD systems, internal platforms, and approved third‑party tools.
- Drive GenAI Adoption within our engineering community
- Collaborate across engineering to scale adoption of GenAI capabilities.
- Maintain feedback loops to identify friction, refine workflows, and drive continuous improvement.
- Accelerate Tech Modernization Through GenAI
- Support business units by enabling GenAI-powered use cases that reduce modernization effort and boost engineering productivity, including migrations, refactoring, and decoupling.
- Measure Impact & Continuously Improve
- Define and track KPIs that measure productivity improvements, modernization acceleration, quality gains, and reduced engineering toil.
- Use insights from adoption metrics and user feedback to guide continuous product iteration.
- Experience
- 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on developer platforms, engineering productivity tools, or internal platform capabilities in large-scale engineering environments.
- Experience working with GenAI technologies and applying them to real engineering workflows, SDLC improvements, or modernization initiatives is a plus.
- Technical Acumen
- Solid understanding of software engineering practices, CI/CD, developer tooling, version control, and platform engineering fundamentals
- Ability to translate engineering challenges into clear platform and agent requirements.
- Familiarity with LLM-based systems at the integration level (e.g., prompt design, capability evaluation, API usage), without requiring experience in model training or ML lifecycle management.
- Product & Analytical Skills
- Proven ability to define product vision, measurable outcomes, and data‑driven prioritization.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret engineering productivity data, adoption metrics, and user insights.
- Communication & Customer-Centricity

- The opportunity to shape Booking.com’s next generation of AI-powered developer platforms and pioneer GenAI for engineering adoption at enterprise scale.
- Direct impact on the productivity and experience of thousands of engineers.
- Competitive compensation and benefits.
- A diverse, inclusive, and collaborative environment with global impact.
