About the Role
As the Innovation Project Manager, you will manage portfolio and innovation projects within the Sharing & Scooping (S&S) pillar. This role involves overseeing new product development, coordinating supply chain activities, and ensuring flawless execution of product changes and rollouts. You will act as the key supply chain business partner, driving efficiency, mitigating risks, and supporting growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Deliver projects on time and in full, from scoping to first production and stock availability.
- Monitor innovation performance post-launch and implement corrective actions.
- Oversee product changes and rollouts within the platform, ensuring perfect execution.
- Identify and manage supply chain risks for innovation projects.
- Act as a supply chain business partner, guiding teams on limitations and solutions.
- Initiate and execute cost-saving and complexity-reduction initiatives.
- Analyse data to identify trends and support portfolio decisions.
- Participate in factory trials and assess technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with planning teams to ensure capacity and stock-build strategies.
Requirements
- Strong project management and communication skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to structure information for decision-making.
- Team player with influencing skills under time pressure.
- Proficiency in Excel and digital collaboration tools (Teams).
