About the role

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager / Strategist to join our Future Talent Program. This is a one year program designed to help you grow fast through real responsibility, learning by doing, and coaching.

From day one you will help shape and run projects, bringing structure to the work while staying close to the strategic why. You will collaborate with analysts, strategists, and creatives across strategy and implementation, turning insights into action. Along the way you will join a personal leadership development track, build practical professional skills, and work with a professional coach to accelerate your growth.

What you will do

• Help shape projects from early framing to real world delivery
• Turn complex questions into clear plans, timelines, and priorities
• Support strategy work by structuring, research, spotting patterns, solving problems and synthesizing insights into decisions
• Keep teams aligned by setting the rhythm, owning the process, and removing friction
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues and international clients
• Take ownership, learn fast, and grow into a confident project lead with strategic depth

Who are you?

• You recently graduated and hold a master’s degree or MBA in Marketing, Communication, Business, Strategy, Consulting or a related field, or you bring equivalent experience
• You have 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience
• You are proactive, independent, driven, and eager to learn
• You enjoy strategic thinking and you also love making things happen
• You bring structure, are detail aware, and feel comfortable juggling priorities
• You communicate openly and work well with different personalities and disciplines
• You are fluent in Dutch and English, written and spoken
