Join our R&D team and help shape the future of digital parcel logistics. We are looking for an AI Expert to develop next-generation image-based recognition systems and intelligent control algorithms that will transform industrial automation across our global supply chain solutions.

Your Role


  • Take full ownership of AI-based detection applications, from architecture and data prep to model deployment.
  • Design and optimize real-time software components for high-performance machine vision tasks.
  • Test, evaluate, and ensure the reliability of AI systems that meet industrial-grade standards.
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams (e.g., system architecture, mechatronics).
  • Continuously evolve our internal frameworks and integrate innovative open-source and academic research.


Your Profile


  • A university degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a similar field.
  • A PhD (finished or ongoing) or 5+ years’ experience in Deep Learning and Machine Vision.
  • Strong expertise in image segmentation, object recognition, and image classification.
  • Fluency in Python and C++, and experience with scalable training on local/cloud infrastructures.
  • Knowledge of Reinforcement Learning, Robotics, Generative AI, or Explainable AI.
  • Passionate about applying AI to real-world industrial and logistics challenges.
  • A strong communicator and networker with a global mindset.
  • Structured, results-driven, and proactive with a hands-on approach.
  • Fluent in English.
