🚨 We’re Hiring: Scrum Master (SAFe) – Air Traffic Management 🚨

🔍 About the Role

For one of Keyteo’s strategic clients in the Air Traffic Management sector, we are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join a scaled Agile (SAFe) environment.

Within the Release Trains, the Scrum Master typically supports two Agile teams. You will be accountable for ensuring delivery of PIPE and sprint commitments, while actively promoting the Agile mindset, values, and practices so that each team member contributes to delivering value at the end of every Sprint and Program Increment (PI).

You will collaborate closely with the Release Train Engineer (RTE), participate in the Scrum Master Community, and contribute to the Agile Delivery / Agile Operations team.

🎯 Your Mission

The Scrum Master is accountable for team effectiveness. This includes enabling teams to continuously improve their practices within the SAFe framework, while also leveraging complementary Agile methods where appropriate.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Act as Scrum Master for up to two Agile teams within a SAFe Release Train
• Ensure delivery of PIPE and Sprint commitments through effective planning, estimation, and monitoring
• Coach teams and stakeholders to apply Agile values, principles, and SAFe practices
• Build and maintain high-performing, collaborative teams
• Identify, remove, and anticipate impediments, risks, and dependencies
• Protect teams from external disruptions and foster cross-team collaboration
• Work closely with the Release Train Engineer (RTE) and contribute to the Scrum Master community and Agile Operations

✅ Your Profile

• Strong Agile mindset with hands-on Scrum Master experience
• 2+ years as Scrum Master, including experience in SAFe / scaled Agile environments
• 5+ years in software engineering
• Solid knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP) and practices (estimation, TDD/BDD, DevOps)
• Collaborative, proactive, and well-organized team player
• Excellent communication skills
• PSM or CSM certification
• Very good English; German and/or French is a plus
• Available immediately or as soon as possible
