Role Overview

We are seeking a Managing Partner to join Kanvaz & Associates as a co-owner and leader of the advisory business. This is an equity-only role and requires a capital buy-in, suited for a senior professional with proven advisory experience in Germany/DACH, who is ready to build a new-generation consultancy alongside our founder.

Key Responsibilities

Build & Scale the Advisory Proposition

• Shape differentiated offerings in diagnostics, S&OP, procurement, and supply chain performance.
• Translate industry best practices into scalable advisory playbooks.

Commercial Growth

• Drive business development with the Kanvaz Partner network in selected markets
• Leverage existing network to secure anchor clients.

Client Leadership

• Act as managing partner through initial client engagement phase
• Ensure delivery quality through freelance SMEs and advisory partners.

Equity Leadership

• Contribute to strategic direction of the firm.
• Take responsibility for enterprise value creation alongside the founding partner.

Profile

• 12+ years of professional experience in management consulting or advisory, with preferably a clear focus on supply chain / operations restructuring.
• Track record in Germany/DACH—either as partner, senior director, or independent advisor.
• Strong client network in mid-cap verticals and/or private equity.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable with equity-only compensation, willing to co-build a business.
• Fluency in German and English required.
