Your Role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Developer to join our fully remote, international team. In this role, you will be responsible for contributing to the development and maintenance of our software platform. You will collaborate closely with other engineers, design, and product teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and reliable features for our users.

Your Responsibilities will include

• Developing and implementing new user-facing features on our platform.
• Building responsive, high-performance web applications that work seamlessly across all devices.
• Collaborating with designers and back-end developers to translate concepts into functional and engaging user experiences.
• Writing clean, maintainable code and actively participating in troubleshooting and enhancing the platform's UI/UX.

What We're Looking For

• Core Requirement: A strong foundation in computer science, including data structures, algorithms, and logical problem-solving. Your ability to code well is more important than the specific language you know.
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A self-starter with the discipline and communication skills to excel in a remote environment.
• A dedicated and hardworking individual with a passion for learning and growth.
• Bonus Points for Frontend: Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular) is a plus, but not required.
• Bonus Points for Backend: Experience with Ruby on Rails is a plus, but not required.
