Job Description

As a Data Management Intern here at Honeywell, you will gain hands-on experience, work on real-world projects, and enhance your skills alongside experienced professionals. Contribute to ongoing projects and bring fresh, innovative ideas. You will report directly to our Data Management Supervisor, and you’ll work out of our Bucharest location on a Hybrid (3 days in the office + 2 days from home) work schedule.

In this paid role, you will impact the company by contributing to ongoing projects, supporting various teams, and bringing fresh perspectives and innovative ideas. Your work will help drive the success of our initiatives and contribute to the achievement of our business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Process day to day requests: vendor set-up, vendor update, reactivation and deactivation.
  • Error resolution and customer support for internal stakeholders (Procurement and Finance functions).
  • Fraud prevention through bank validation process.
  • Data validation and overall maintenance of Vendor Master Data, adhering to data governance policies and ensuring high quality of data.
  • Investigate and resolve queries, regarding vendor maintenance matters, either by Teams or email.
  • Continuously assess data quality and propose improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master’s level program at a university or graduated within the past 12 months, preferably Finance, Economics, Business Management or related field
  • Fluent English (B2 and above); Any other language skill is a plus
  • Growth mindset and resilient personality
  • Demonstrates a strong willingness to learn and thrive in dynamic team environments, fostering a collaborative spirit
  • Knowledge of MS Office suite
  • Work experience with SAP FI module; Service Now and Oracle are a plus
