As a Product designer at LIZY, you will define the experience for fleet managers navigating the future of second-hand car leasing.
Fleet management is inherently complex, involving vehicle selection, driver assignment, contract management, and delivery logistics. Your mission is to take these high-level business abstractions and messy workflows and translate them into a simple, intuitive, and elegant UI for our users.
You won't just be "tweaking layouts", you will be solving structural problems. You will work hand-in-hand with our Product and Engineering teams to ensure our platform feels effortless for HR and Fleet admins, anticipating their behavior and cutting through the noise to deliver exactly what matters.

As a Product designer at LIZY, you will define the experience for fleet managers navigating the future of second-hand car leasing.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Take ownership of complex B2B flows (e.g. car ordering, contract renewals, damage reporting) and distill them into clean, frictionless interfaces.
- Move beyond "pixel-perfect" components. You will define the user journey, anticipate edge cases, and ensure the UI reflects the reality of a fleet manager's daily workflow.
- You can name your hypotheses clearly. You ask good questions, challenge assumptions, and validate your ideas through fast iteration and feedback.
- Use AI tools to accelerate your design process, generate ideas, and optimize workflows, allowing you to focus on high-impact problem solving.
- You drive UI decisions based on a deep understanding of the problem, ensuring every design choice supports both the user experience and the business objectives.
You are a senior practitioner who understands that good design is about how it works, not just how it looks:
- You have a knack for looking at a cluttered process and knowing exactly what to cut to make it intuitive.
- You think in systems, not just screens. You understand how a change in one part of the flow affects the whole ecosystem.
- You understand that design is a tool to achieve business goals.
- As a senior part-time team member, you communicate clearly and manage your own output with autonomy.
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design.
- Strong experience in B2B SaaS is desired. Experience in Fleet Management or HR Tech is a massive plus. We are open to other backgrounds if you can demonstrate an ability to simplify heavy processes.
- High proficiency in Figma is expected. Experience using AI tools to speed up ideation is highly valued.
- You are comfortable dealing with ambiguity and can turn high-level abstract requirements into concrete visual solutions.
- Fluent in English
