Backend Developer – Headless CMS

Location: Malmö – 3 days onsite per week

We are looking for a Backend Developer to support the development of a headless Content Management System (CMS) used across multiple digital platforms. The CMS enables flexible, API-driven content delivery and plays a key role in creating consistent experiences across channels.

You will work closely with other CMS teams and stakeholders to introduce new content types, evolve backend architecture, and ensure scalable, reusable content solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services for a headless CMS
• Design and implement APIs using GoLang and TypeScript
• Contribute to system architecture and cloud infrastructure on GCP
• Support content scalability across multiple channels and platforms
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and take ownership of deliveries

Required Skills

• Strong experience with TypeScript and GoLang (mandatory)
• Backend development in cloud environments (GCP preferred)
• Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform)
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset
• Ability to take initiative and work independently

Nice to Have

• Experience with social or content-driven platforms
• Interest in knowledge sharing, mentoring, or teaching
