You Will
- Lead day-to-day project execution and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery
- Own project planning, structure, and strategic problem-solving
- Drive the development of insights, frameworks, and strategic recommendations
- Manage senior client relationships and foster trusted collaboration
- Shape and lead executive-level presentations and dialogues
- Coach and develop associates and consultants
- Occasionally lead projects beyond the Health Care practice, depending on interest and business needs
What You'll Bring
We are looking for exceptional talent with a strong commitment to advancing health care in the Nordics. You typically:
- Bring 5–7+ years of experience in top-tier consulting and/or senior health-care industry roles
- Have a strong track record of delivering measurable impact
- Offer experience across biopharma, medtech, digital health, providers, payers, or public health
- Demonstrate strategic, analytical, and conceptual strength
- Excel at leading complex projects with clarity and confidence
- Communicate with influence in senior settings
- Hold a strong academic background; an MBA is welcome but not required
- Are open to travel across the Nordics and internationally
