Some Of Your Responsibilities
- Full ownership of the why, what, and when of HubX’s new B2B platform, from concept to launch and beyond
- The end-to-end product lifecycle: problem discovery, solution design, execution, launch, and iteration
- Translating HubX’s internal B2C app development and marketing workflows into a generalizable, scalable B2B product
- Close collaboration with engineering, design, data, and business to drive alignment and execution
- Product strategy and roadmap definition, aligned with long-term business goals, not just short-term delivery
- Backlog prioritization based on impact, learning, and outcomes, not feature requests
- Release planning and ownership of go-to-market strategy as the product transitions to external customers
- Continuous monitoring of product performance, customer satisfaction, and business impact through clear metrics
- Making high-quality trade-offs and taking full accountability for outcomes, successes, and failures
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, platforms, or internal tools that later scaled externally
- Strong understanding of B2C mobile app ecosystems, especially app marketing, growth, monetization, or experimentation
- Familiarity with creative production workflows (creative briefs, asset iteration, testing, performance feedback loops)
- Proven experience leading products with high ambiguity and high ownership
- Ability to turn complex business and user problems into clear product strategy and execution plans
- Strong communication and decision-making skills, comfortable working with senior stakeholders
- A self-starter mindset: structured, proactive, and effective in fast-moving environments
- Technical or design background is a strong plus.
