Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience,
• Experience in Product Owner, Product Manager roles,
• Hands-on and mandatory experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies,
• Experience in mobile sales and distribution systems, including e-transformation processes (e-invoicing, e-delivery notes, etc.) and integrated payment capabilities,
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset,
• Ability to write and execute basic SQL queries for analysis when needed,
• Experience in maximizing product value and ROI,
• Strong communication, facilitation, and process management skills,
• High sense of ownership, proactive, and results-oriented working style.

Job Description

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Panorama products,
• Take end-to-end ownership of the product development process in line with Agile/Scrum methodologies,
• Ensure effective execution of sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint review, and retrospective ceremonies,
• Work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and field teams to translate business needs into clear and actionable product requirements,
• Define, prioritize, and deliver MVPs,
• Write user stories, define clear acceptance criteria, and keep the backlog continuously up to date,
• Lead UAT and product acceptance processes,
• Monitor product performance, product health, and delivery quality,
• Identify process bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement,
• Communicate product vision, progress, and risks clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
