Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design and digital design,

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related fields,

• Advanced knowledge of Macintosh systems,

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)

• Working knowledge of video editing software such as After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus.

• Strong skills in digital and print design, including layout, typography, and pre-press processes,

• E-commerce experience is a plus,

• Familiar with MS Office programs,

• Advanced English skills (written and verbal); ability to translate artwork from English to Turkish,

• Able to maintain consistency in projects and adhere to graphic standard guidelines,

• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently without compromising quality,

• Strong follow-up and organizational skills to meet deadlines.

• Ready to share a portfolio of sample works.

• Actively follows and stays updated on current design trends.

• Able to identify opportunities for improvement and propose solutions.

Job Description:

• Lead the development and execution of targeted, strategic designs according to global guidelines for all marketing channels, including in-store materials, website content, digital and print advertising, social media, e-mail campaigns, etc.

• Generate artwork for brochures, initiatives, and corresponding print materials, ensuring print-ready quality and timely delivery.

• Monitor competitor activity and implement the latest creative and category trends.

• Conduct regular store visits.

• Develop creative ideas in line with global brand guidelines and best practices.

• Ensure final layouts meet brief requirements before category and campaign reviews.

• Design and produce various types of graphic elements, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality execution.

• Design and build e-commerce and digital assets, including responsive landing pages, animated ads, and banners.

• Collaborate with the Marketing and E-commerce teams to ensure creative briefs provide a solid framework for campaign development.

• Uphold brand design standards across the team, and evolve them as needed.

• Adapt quickly and maintain accuracy amid frequent updates and promotional changes.

• Bring creative innovation to Victoria’s Secret Turkey’s social channels by adapting and being inspired by global content.

• Join weekly marketing calls with US and other international partners.

• Ensure alignment with cross-functional teams.

• Provide graphic direction, mentoring, and feedback to marketing team members.

• Research international design and graphic trends in fashion and competitors, and adapt them to local market needs.
