We are looking for a Junior HR Specialist who loves structure, understands labor law, and enjoys working with data in Excel to join our engergetic team.

The role provides essential HR support within a manufacturing or corporate environment, focusing on day-to-day operational tasks and employee assistance. It involves working closely with internal teams, supporting HR processes such as onboarding, documentation, and employee queries, and coordinating with external service providers when needed. The position may assists with local HR initiatives and contribute to projects under the guidance of senior HR team members.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support with implementing and improving personnel procedures and standards in the organization.
- HR service and onboarding process support.
- Preparing input payroll data.
- Preparation of data for reports and statements on HR KPIs.
- Organization of corporate events and occasional benefits for employees.
- Cooperation with external providers of employee additional benefits (medical care, sports card, life insurance, PPK).
- Taking care of the correct flow of information and document circulation between organizational units in the company.
- Cooperation with HR service providers and state units (ZUS, US, UP).
- Proactively supporting employees and providing necessary HR solutions and consulting.
- Onboarding and employee offboarding support.
- Support for recruitment processes and the right level of HC in the factory.
- Supporting EB activities – preparing EB materials, ensuring proper communication, building a positive image of the employer (locally and globally).
- supporting processes: employee evaluation, research of development needs and training.
- Proactively supporting the achievement of the company's business goals in Poland.
- Participation in global HR initiatives and projects.
- And any other reasonable request made by the HR MANAGER.
- focus of the role: 60% Hard HR / 40% SOFT HR.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken) - must have!
- Strong Excel skills!
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Gained first professional experience in an HR role or similar position in dynamic, international environment. Experience in a temporary employment agency, administration, or internal HR department.
- Experience with payroll processes and HR systems.
- Knowledge of Polish labor law, HR regulations and working time systems.
