In this role, you'll be the catalyst for Agile excellence across two or more cross-functional teams. You'll champion Scrum principles, foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, and help deliver innovative products that truly make a difference. Responsibilities
- Coach Scrum teams and foster Agile best practices.
- Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies.
- Support backlog clarity and delivery goals.
- Remove impediments and enable team focus.
- Promote continuous improvement and Agile maturity.
- Ensure alignment with stakeholders through clear communication.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- up to 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar role.
- Scrum certification (CSM, PSM) required; SAFe or other Agile framework certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching cross-functional teams.
- Strong background in software product development environments.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- English proficiency (B2/C1) for an international work environment.
