Full-of-Life Qualities

• 5+ years of experience as a data scientist, ML engineering or in a data engineering role,
• Knowledge about machine learning and data mining techniques,
• Experience and enthusiasm about working with scripting languages such as Python,
• Experience using ETL tools, data processing tools or developing scripts to build up your own data sets from SQL and NoSQL databases (MsSQL, Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Kafka, Druid, Elasticsearch etc.)
• Academic or practical knowledge of machine learning algorithms implementation,
• Extended experience of predictive modelling, text mining, time series analysis, clustering/segmentation techniques,
• Hands-on experience with some of the ML packages such as SparkML, NumPy, SciPy, Scikit-learn and HuggingFace models,
• Deep Learning knowledge (Keras, Tensorflow, PyTorch) in areas of Text Classification, Semantic Analysis etc. is a big plus,
• Knowledge and interest in NLP and GenAI models,
• Proficient in MLOPs tasks and Model-as-a-Service approach
• Confident in architectural designs and design patterns,
• Willingness to both teach others and learn new techniques,
• Ability to work autonomously from identifying the problem stage to finding solution and implementation phase,
• Familiarity to Agile software development methodologies such as Scrum.

• Having a complete and high sense of product and problem definitions.
• Build, validate and maintain AI (Machine Learning/Deep Learning) models.
• Experiment with the data using machine learning and data mining technologies as well as classical statistics.
• Work with large quantities of data in scripting languages.
• Not only implement solutions but aim to optimize and perfect them.
• Interact with business stakeholders to determine the business cases and to deliver the results.
• Cooperation with big data engineers and back-end engineers.
