Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Infrastructure & Security professional who can confidently operate across legacy enterprise environments and modern, cloud-first architectures. This role is critical to supporting our ongoing technology transformation, ensuring stability of existing platforms while designing and securing scalable infrastructure for the future.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing hybrid (on-prem + cloud) environments across multiple geographies, and has successfully led infrastructure modernization initiatives while maintaining high standards of security, resilience, and availability.

This is an onsite role based in Dubai, with ownership and oversight responsibilities across all regions in which we operate.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, manage, and evolve hybrid infrastructure architectures (on-prem + cloud) across multiple countries
• Ensure security hardening of infrastructure, networks, and platforms in line with best practices and compliance standards
• Lead infrastructure resilience, high availability, and disaster recovery (DR) planning, testing, and execution
• Conduct architecture reviews, risk assessments, and periodic capability maturity evaluations
• Support infrastructure sizing, provisioning, and optimization for AI, data, and analytics workloads
• Stabilize legacy systems while driving modernization and cloud adoption initiatives
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and security incidents in real-world production environments
• Collaborate with global teams, vendors, and stakeholders to align infrastructure strategy with business goals
• Define standards, documentation, and governance for infrastructure and security practices

Required Skills & Expertise

• 10–15 years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering / Architecture and Security
• Strong expertise in hybrid cloud architectures (on-prem + public cloud such as AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, infrastructure hardening, and secure design
• Hands-on experience with DR strategies, backup solutions, and business continuity planning
• Proven experience conducting architecture reviews and technical assessments
• Exposure to infrastructure requirements for AI, ML, and analytics platforms
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex, multi-country environments
• Ability to balance operational stability with transformation and modernization goals

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise or multi-regional infrastructure
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks and security standards
• Experience working in technology transformation or modernization programs
