Responsibilities
- Assist senior analysts in collecting and interpreting complex business data effectively.
- Support the preparation of technical reports and presentations for management.
- Work closely with departments to gather and document business requirements accurately.
- Analyze trends in data to provide insights for business improvement strategies.
- Maintain databases and perform regular updates to ensure data accuracy.
- Conduct market research to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Create detailed specifications for software development and business process modifications.
- Collaborate with IT and other teams to implement system changes and enhancements.
- Monitor project timelines and assist in managing stakeholder expectations.
- Participate in testing and validation of new systems to ensure quality results.
- Contribute to developing training materials and documentation for end users.
- Evaluate business processes to identify automation opportunities and efficiency improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Basic knowledge of database management and data visualization software required.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize projects in a dynamic environment.
- Keen attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and reliability in analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
